I’m Casandra Wiliams
Her story is a testament to resilience and determination; her journey from being in the foster system to creating a successful business and life system is inspiring and motivating. A mother, wife, business founder, and philanthropist at a young age, Casandra’s personal and professional experiences make her a unique powerhouse of empathy and encouragement while still holding you accountable.
In 2002, A-Tech Consulting, Inc., an environmental company, was the first of several family-founded businesses.
A-Tech began in the garage of her family home and has expanded into several states. Many family members have worked in and have become leaders of this organization. Where nepotism in the workplace can create added layers of stress and relationship strain, our experience has been that it has made us stronger and more supported through all of life’s cycles, including sickness, death, and even divorce. People don’t always realize that life still happens while you are running a business. Having a built-in support system in your business family, some of which also happen to be your blood family, can be a unique benefit. It’s all perspective…and a little humility and patience.
Under Casandra’s visionary leadership, A-Tech has thrived, celebrating over 20 years of consistent growth and earning recognition as one of The Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America for five consecutive years. Her entrepreneurial journey also extends beyond A-Tech, as she’s successfully built, sold, and invested in multiple companies across diverse industries.
Apart from her notable professional achievements, Casandra is deeply dedicated to improving the lives of children who have encountered similar challenges to those she faced during her youth.
Engaging extensively in philanthropic endeavors within her local community, she serves on various youth-focused boards, such as Catarina’s Club, Lyon Workforce Academy, and Orangewood Foundation.
At the heart of her philanthropic efforts lies a special focus on providing career opportunities to at-risk youth through the Lyon Workforce Academy.
This exceptional program creates a nurturing and supportive community that fosters career growth, personal development, and exposure to corporate culture. By participating in this initiative, young individuals gain invaluable chances to alter the trajectory of their lives and unlock their true potential, ultimately paving the way for them to become future leaders.
